  • Language or communication preferences.
  • Use Child Data for marketing.
  • Profile children for promotional purposes.
  • Share marketing data with third parties for their own advertising.

Frequency & Content Standards

  • Cybertot commits to sending communications at a reasonable frequency.
  • Cybertot commits to ensuring content is respectful, relevant, and safety-focused.
  • Cybertot commits to avoiding misleading, aggressive, or intrusive marketing practices.

Opt-Out & Withdrawal of Consent

  • You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link in marketing emails.
  • You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying "STOP" to SMS or WhatsApp messages.
  • You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by adjusting preferences within the Cybertot app.
  • You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting Cybertot support.
  • Withdrawal of consent will be honoured within a reasonable time.

Third-Party Marketing

  • Cybertot does not sell, rent, or share your contact details with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
  • Any third-party service providers involved in message delivery act solely on Cybertot's instructions.
  • Any third-party service providers involved in message delivery are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
