Consent to Collection & Processing of Child Data

You expressly consent to Cybertot collecting and processing Child Data solely for child safety and wellbeing purposes, including:

  • Safety alerts, flags, and wellbeing reports.

  • Call log metadata (incoming/outgoing numbers, timestamps, duration, call type).
  • Image gallery data (limited to automated safety analysis where enabled).
  • Advertising.
  • Behavioural profiling.
  • Commercial exploitation.

Device Permissions & General Principles

To deliver its safety features, Cybertot may request operating-system level permissions.

You acknowledge and consent that:

  • Each permission is clearly explained before activation.
  • Permissions are feature-specific.
  • Permissions are revocable at any time via device settings.
  • Disabling permissions may limit or disable certain safety features.

a) VPN / Network Filtering Access

  • Cybertot does not listen to, transcribe, or store conversations.

d) Call Log Access

  • Detect potential harassment, scams, or harmful contact patterns.
  • Notify parents when attention or intervention may be required.

  • Only call log metadata is accessed (number, time, duration, call type).
  • No call audio is recorded or listened to.
  • Call log access can be revoked at any time.

e) Location Access

Used to:

  • Provide live location visibility (when enabled).
  • Trigger safe-zone or geofencing alerts.
  • Location tracking can be disabled at any time.

f) App Installation & Device Status Access

Used to:

  • Allow parents to approve or block app downloads.
  • Identify potentially harmful or age-inappropriate apps.
  • Maintain device-level safety controls.

g) Image Gallery Access

Used to:

  • Detect potentially harmful, explicit, or unsafe images using automated safety analysis.

  • Cybertot does not manually view, review, or curate images.
  • Images are not sold.
  • Images are not used for advertising.
  • Images are not used to train commercial AI models.
  • Images are not shared with third parties, except where legally required.
  • Image gallery access is optional and can be disabled at any time.
  • Cybertot aims to detect risk signals, not to intrude on personal privacy.

Automated Monitoring & Transparency

You understand and acknowledge that:

  • Monitoring is automated and designed to identify safety risks.
  • There is no human surveillance of private child content.
  • Alerts are generated using contextual risk indicators, not full content review.
  • Cybertot provides early warnings, not judgments or guarantees.

Parental Control & Revocation of Consent

At all times, you may:
