Who This Policy Applies To

- Children do not independently consent to these terms.
- By using Cybertot, you confirm that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the child.

Definitions

- Permissions: Device-level access granted to enable safety features.
- Services: Cybertot's monitoring, alerting, and reporting tools.
Eligibility & Parental Authority
By using Cybertot, you represent and warrant that:
Cybertot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the child.
- You own or lawfully control the child's device.
- You will not use Cybertot for unlawful surveillance or misuse.
Description of Services
Cybertot provides safety tools including, but not limited to:
- Screen-time management.
- App and website filtering.
- Location alerts and safe zones.
- Detection of online safety risks from calls, SMS links, apps, and browsing metadata.
- Well being and activity insights.
Important Limitations
- Cybertot does not guarantee complete safety.
- Cybertot does not replace parental judgment or supervision.
- Monitoring is automated and safety-focused. Cybertot does not provide human surveillance.
User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
- You agree not to monitor devices without proper authority.
- You agree not to misuse the Services for harassment, coercion, or control.
- You agree not to violate applicable Indian laws.
Data We Collect
Parent data we may collect:
- Name.
- Phone number or email.
- Account credentials.
- Payment information (if applicable).
Child Data We May Collect
Cybertot does not sell personal data.
- Device identifiers.
- App usage and screen-time data.
- Browsing and website metadata.
- Location data (if enabled).
- Call and SMS risk indicators (metadata only).
- Alerts and safety reports.
Purpose of Data Collection
Data is collected strictly to:
- Protect children from digital risks.
- Provide alerts and insights to parents.
- Improve safety functionality.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Permissions & Device Access
Cybertot may request device permissions such as:
- VPN access (for content filtering).
- Screen usage access.
- SMS and call metadata access.
- Location services.
Permissions Policy
- Permissions are clearly explained before activation.
- Permissions can be revoked at any time.

- No sale or advertising use of child data.
Service Availability
- Services may change.
- Services may be updated.
- Services may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
Disclaimers
Cybertot is provided "as is."
Due to technological limitations, safety alerts may occasionally produce:
- False positives.
- False negatives.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cybertot's liability is limited to:
- The amount paid by you for the Services, if any.
Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold Cybertot harmless from claims arising from misuse of the Services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Cybertot harmless from claims arising from violation of applicable laws.
Termination
- Cybertot may suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.
- Parents may terminate their account at any time.
